The Painter and Decorator role:
- You will be completing all internal and external decorations within housing settings
- Painting in the Summer and months and Mould wash internally in the winter months
- To ensure work is completed efficiently, on time and to a high standard you will be incentivized with bonus schemes
- Health and Safety is at the forefront of all you do, considering yourself, the team and the customers around you.
What will you bring as a Painter and Decorator:
- Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or other relevant qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to retaining these standards while working professionally.
- Social Housing experience desirable
- Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the role, with use of own vehicle
