We have recently implemented a new call and email handling system to make responding to your communications more efficient. Whilst we embed this system, we are experiencing delays in responding to your reports of repairs via the website and My Teign app and portal. Our repairs company, Templer HomeBuild, deliver a comprehensive responsive repairs service for our tenants (including gas servicing and repairs) as well as offering a host of additional property services such as: planned maintenance works, voids, cyclical painting solutions and appliance testing and repairs.
- For day to day repairs we offer a responsive repairs service with two priority bandings
- By appointment repairs will be completed within 30 days (42 days if it requires and inspection or survey)
- Emergency repairs will be completed within 24 hours
If you can smell gas or suspect a leak, you must evacuate the building and call the National Gas Emergency Service for assistance on 0800 111 999.
