The Electrician role:

  • Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic settings, with occasional electrical testing requirements
  • You will be working towards weekly productivity targets; attending emergency, reactive and routine repairs
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment in occupied properties.

What will you bring as an Electrician?

  • Qualified to an NVQ 3 level as an Electrician, or similar professional body (eg. City & Guilds), with 18th Edition
  • 2391 or equivalent, 2381 and 2365 or 2330
  • Minimum 2 years experience and previous experience of working within Social Housing
  • Motivated and flexible in your approach to work. You will be able to work to individual and team output targets
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role, with use of a company van and fuel card included
