Please be aware we are experiencing a high volume of calls due to issues across the region caused by Storm Eunice and now Storm Franklin.

Our repairs service and Customer Hub continue to operate as normal. We’re busy today removing fallen trees, responding to reports of missing roof tiles and, where they are our responsibility, replacing or making safe fence panels.

Due to the weather, we are attending some jobs just to make things safe and will need to go back and complete repairs when electricity, roads and the weather are back to normal.
