We also provide our clients with a wide range of additional compliance services to diversify our service offering and to seamlessly provide customers with safe and secure homes. These additional contracts now include:

  • Issuing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

This is normally carried out during voids and heating upgrades.

  • Stair lift servicing and repairs

This is carried out every six months. Repairs are completed where possible within 24 hours.

  • Asbestos surveys and remedial works

These types of surveys are carried out on an ongoing basis to ensure we hold up to date information in the asbestos register. We may ask to undertake an asbestos survey in advance of planned works such as kitchen and bathroom replacements, heating upgrades and before starting major works.

Additional Services in Communal Areas

Works in the communal areas may be undertaken by subcontractors. If access is required to your home the appointed subcontractor will contact you directly by phone, email or letter to arrange an appointment date and time.

  • CCTV servicing and repairs

Servicing of CCTV is carried out twice a year on the 22 sites where CCTV is currently installed.

  • Water Hygiene

Water hygiene checks are carried out monthly in all communal areas. Remedial works identified and remedial works undertaken as required.

  • Passenger lift servicing and repairs

Inspection of passenger lifts is six monthly with regular ongoing servicing. If there are repairs required that may be of a long duration, we will be in contact to plan and offer our residents assistance.

  • Lightning conductor servicing and repair

This is carried out annually. Any repairs identified will be reported and carried out as necessary.
